Courses and Certificates
Registration for our courses often opens before the course begins. Be sure to check the dates on our website or in the confirmation email you received from Teachable after signing up.
If you do not receive a confirmation email from Teachable within 48 hours of registering for a course, please contact us at [email protected].
After enrolling in a course a confirmation email is sent by Teachable to the email address you used to enroll in a course if this is your first time using Teachable.
If you are still logged in after enrollment, you will see a banner to confirm your account. If you do not see your confirmation email in your inbox, click the Resend Email button at the top of the banner. The link in the student confirmation email is valid for one week.
If you do not see the initial email or the re-sent email in your inbox, try checking your spam or junk folders. You can also use the “All Mail” view in your email to view all filtered emails.

You can access a course you are registered for by logging in using your credentials via the Teachable online learning platform and/or by clicking the link provided in the confirmation email you received after registering. Once you log in, you should see the course in your “My Products”. You’ll have an option to reset your password if you can’t remember it.
You will have access to all course materials for the duration of the course. Once the course is over, you will no longer have access to the course materials. However, many of our courses provide a course library and/or downloadable materials. Please note that we are unable to send course materials to participants after a course has ended. Additionally, depending on which course you registered for, you will get access to a self-paced course from 6 to 8 weeks on average. Please refer to the course page on our website or on our learning platform to confirm the course and access dates.
When a course is closed, we cannot reopen it. We are not able to extend a course date with our current platform. We often rerun courses! Please stay tuned to our communications channels for announcements about course launches. (Twitter, Facebook, or sign up to receive our emails.)
Should you sign up for a course again, your progress will not be saved.
Certificates are sent once a course has been completed and the closing survey has been filled out. The certificates are sent to the email address you entered within the survey. Sometimes the emails may show up in your Spam or Junk, please double check these folders. If you do not receive your certificate more than 24 hours after completing the closing survey, please contact us at [email protected].
It is up to the licensing entity to approve us as a vendor. We advise you to ask the licensing entity on the front end about whether they will approve the PD hours from us. If they do, please feel free to reach out at [email protected] if you need anything beyond the Certificate of Completion. Additionally, we do not have a RCDTS number.
Enrollment
Yes, we do. Please refer to the course checkout page and follow the instructions to pay with a purchase order.
Yes, we do. We offer a 10% discount for teams of 10 or more.
If you are registering a team of 4+, please fill out the team registration form linked on the course checkout page. Please note that the registration is completed once payment has been processed either through credit card or purchase order.
In the purchase order form, you can upload all the paperwork you need us to complete. Once we receive your entry, we will get in touch with you to provide the required paperwork. Please be sure to fill out the point of contact information so we can get in touch with you.
In general, all students purchasing content within Teachable are entitled to a 14-day refund from the date of purchase.
Course participants from tax-exempt organizations who purchase products or services on the Teachable platform should submit a refund request to [email protected]. The refund request should include a copy of the purchase receipt showing the sales tax paid and Order ID, as well as a copy of their state sales tax exemption certificate. Teachable will issue a refund once the documentation has been reviewed and approved. Usually the process takes about 7 days.
