About

Adrienne (she/her) is a Chief of Staff at Student Achievement Partners, where she brings her passion for people, growth, and human-centered management to enable every SAP team to work collaboratively, effectively, and in ways that align to the mission. She holds a B.A. in international affairs from George Washington University and an M.A. in elementary and special education from Lesley University.

Experience

As a graduate of the City Teaching Alliance's alternative certification program, Adrienne served as an elementary teacher and district curriculum manager before entering the non-profit world. She's held leadership roles in content development, programming, and partnership prior to joining SAP. Formerly the literacy lead at SAP, she now supports internal strategy, people, and culture at the organization. She was born and raised in Syracuse, New York, but currently resides in Maryland with her husband. She loves reading and spending time outdoors by the water or in the mountains.
