Amber (she/her/hers) serves as Development Manager at Student Achievement Partners, where she supports SAP's overall fundraising strategy, leading donor identification and engagement, grant writing and management, impact analysis and reporting. A graduate of Union College in Schenectady, NY, Amber began her career as an AmeriCorps member tutoring and mentoring elementary students, which sparked her passion for educational equity.
Experience
Drawing on her experience as both a program manager and a learning and impact analytics director for a K-12 education-focused nonprofit, Amber has developed an understanding of educational challenges in marginalized communities. This background informs her current development work, ensuring resources are directed toward evidence-based solutions that create meaningful opportunities for students. When not advancing educational initiatives, Amber explores her love for global adventure, immersing herself in diverse cultures, sampling cuisines from around the world, and forming connections with people from all walks of life.
