About

Odalis (she/her(s)/ella) is a Math & Multilingual Learners Specialist at Student Achievement Partners, where she collaborates with colleagues in designing instructional tools that are grounded in evidence, bold in their essence, and responsive to the needs of those we serve. She holds a B.S. in elementary education from Westfield State University, a M.A. in teaching English as a second language from Mount Holyoke College, and a MA Sheltered English Immersion (SEI) teacher endorsement.

Experience

As a former MLL and first generation college graduate, with experience in teaching a variety of elementary grades and mathematics coaching in a dual-language program, Odalis is a mission-driven visionary focused on rehumanizing the mathematics experience for all learners, especially multilingual learners. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with extended family and friends, (frequent) Target trips, reading, and always saying yes to dessert. Odalis lives in Western Massachusetts with her partner, son, and dog.
